2bet Terms & Conditions — Full Platform Agreement for Pakistani Users

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 2bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 2bet website located at https://2bet.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, online casino gaming, live dealer games, slot games, customer support, and promotional programmes.

By accessing the 2bet platform, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you conclusively acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 2bet platform and close your account.

2bet reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of 2bet following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active 2bet account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are acting as an individual on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

Age Verification Procedure

One Account Policy

Upon detection:

• All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed.

Account Credentials

You agree to notify 2bet immediately via the live chat or email channel if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security. 2bet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this requirement.

KYC Documentation

2bet may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to provide documentary proof of identity, age, address, or payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restriction, suspension of withdrawals, or permanent account closure. Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets on 2bet — including ball-by-ball PSL markets and live UFC round betting — are offered subject to a short acceptance delay to prevent exploitation of delayed data feeds. 2bet does not guarantee the availability of any specific live market throughout an event and reserves the right to suspend live betting at any time without notice. All accepted in-play bets will be honoured unless grounds for voidance exist under these Terms.

• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, technical errors, or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 2bet platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform or its content without the express written permission of 2bet.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2bet, its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the 2bet platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform, including third-party game providers.
• Interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the 2bet platform.
• Bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the 2bet platform by any third party.
• Errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the 2bet platform.
• Gambling losses incurred through normal wagering activity on 2bet. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are a normal and foreseeable outcome.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 2bet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by 2bet's negligence. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by 2bet is governed by the 2bet Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the complete agreement between you and 2bet. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the 2bet Privacy Policy in its entirety.

Key principles of 2bet's data handling relevant to Pakistani users include: data is collected only for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes; data is not transferred to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent; you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to regulatory and legal retention obligations; all data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption in transit and appropriate security measures at rest.

2bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without notice for minor changes. For material changes — defined as changes that materially affect your rights or obligations under these Terms — 2bet will provide at least 7 (seven) days' advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent banner notification on the 2bet platform.

Your continued use of the 2bet platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the amended Terms take effect. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance.
